While we know that in life, we have to expect the unexpected, when it comes to making an appointment, we do ask that you respect our time as much as we respect yours. If you cannot make your appointment, we ask that you allow us 24 hours or more beforehand- simply replying to the confirmation text that is sent out in advance will be perfect! Unfortunately if you no-show or cancel i.e 24 hours or less before your appointment, we will require 100% of the booked appointment(s) be paid before we can make a future appointment for you.
